Deliveries to domestic or commercial addresses take place during office ours:
Monday 8.30-17.30
Tuesday 8.30 -17.30
Wednesday 8.30-17.30

Friday 8.30 - 15.00
Saturday & Sunday Closed
Orders are also processed and packed during the above mentioned hours.
We do our best to deliver orders within 2-3 working days, please allow 2 additional day for orders being placed Friday afternoon - Sunday night.
Pick Up from Partner Salons
The salons below are a few of our clients who work with us on a regular basis. Orders are prepared in our stores and delivered to the salon already packed. Once we deliver the order to your desired pick up point we will notify you. Kindly ensure that the salon will be open when you intend to pick up your order. Please also be prepared to show proof (order confirmation) when collecting your order.

Returns
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Maltese and EU consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items not eligible for return include:

Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., shampoos, skincare, cosmetics) that have been opened or used

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beautymalta.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Timings of refund depend entirely on the payment service provider and are beyond our immediate control. Please note that: Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for the returned items, not the full original order (unless the entire order is returned).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
