How to Use: 
Apply generously before sun exposure. Applying too little will significantly reduce the level of protection. Reapply frequently to maintain protection. This is especially important when sweating, after swimming, or toweling off. Even sunscreens with a high sun protection factor (SPF) do not offer complete protection from UV rays.
Despite using sunscreen, do not stay in the sun too long and avoid the intense midday sun. Every sunburn causes lasting damage to the skin and should be avoided. Excessive sunbathing poses a serious health risk.
 
Avoid contact with eyes. Apply only to intact skin. Allow sunscreen to absorb completely, especially before swimming.
