What happens in the cold?
Some nail products — particularly more liquid ones like Acid and Acid-Free Primers and the Nail Care treatment line — may crystallize below 6°C. Crystallization does not affect the quality of the product, but attempting to remove the brush while the product is too cold or crystallized may cause it to break.
How to fix it!
When you receive your order from Esteticanail, let the products rest at room temperature (between 20°C and 22°C) for at least 3 hours before opening any bottles or jars.
